Shipping & Preorder Policy

Thank you for shopping with SYNC. Please carefully review our processing and shipping information before placing your order.

Preorder Processing

SYNC offers preorder items. Production begins after the preorder deadline has ended.

After the preorder deadline, please allow approximately 7–9 business days for your order to be processed and for our shipment to arrive from our manufacturer.

Once your bag arrives to us, your individual order will be packaged and shipped within approximately 1–2 business days.

The complete preorder process may take up to 4-5 weeks.

Please keep in mind that preorder and manufacturer timelines are estimates. Unexpected production, transportation, carrier, customs, weather, holiday, or other delays outside of our control may affect these estimates.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact Leciandap@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

SYNC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, your leasing office, or other secure delivery locations.

We will assist when reasonably possible, but SYNC cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery, except where required by applicable law.

Preorder Agreement

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is a preorder and is not ready for immediate shipment.
  • Production begins after the preorder deadline.
  • You have reviewed the estimated processing and shipping timeframe.
  • Manufacturer or carrier delays may occur.
  • Our cancellation and final-sale policies apply to your purchase.
